HOW TO AVERT THE MENACE OF KIDNEY DISEASE:
1. Stop delaying going to a toilet.
Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea.
A full bladder can cause bladder damage.
The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly.
Once the urine refluxes back to the urether and kidneys, toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and nephritis, plus uremia.
When nature calls do it as soon as possible.
2. Eating too much salt.
You should eat not more than 5.8 grams of
salt daily.
3. Eating too much meat.
Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys.
Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys.
More meat equals more
kidney damage.
4. Drinking too much caffeine.
Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your
kidneys start suffering.
You should cut down the amount of Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull, etc that you drink daily.
5. Not drinking water.
Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to
perform their functions well.
If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through kidneys.
***Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily.
There is an easy way to check if you are drinking
enough water:
Look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.
6. Late treatment.
Treat all your health problems properly and
have your health checked regularly.

Alicia Machado: Ex-Miss Universe claims Trump called her 'Miss Piggy'

In a campaign video posted by Mrs Clinton on Twitter, Ms Machado claims Mr Trump threatened to take her crown away after she gained weight.
"He was overwhelming. I was very scared of him. He'd yell at me all the time. He'd tell me: 'You look ugly' or 'You look fat'.
"Sometimes he'd 'play' with me and say: 'Hello, Miss Piggy', 'Hello, Miss Housekeeping'."
Mr Trump, she says, then invited reporters to watch her during a work-out session. The clip includes an interview he gave to the media.
"She weighed 118 pounds or 117 pounds (53kg) and she went up to 160 or 170 (72kg to 77kg)," he says. "So this is somebody who likes to eat."

In an interview to the Washington Post in 1997, she said: "When I was preparing for Miss Universe, it was an obsession for me to not gain weight.

She has now become an American citizen and has vowed to vote for Mrs Clinton.

He said Ms Machado was "the worst (Miss Universe) we ever had. The worst. The absolute worst. She was impossible.

"And Hillary went back into the years and... found the girl and talked about her like she was Mother Teresa, and it wasn't quite that way, but that's OK. Hillary has to do what she has to do."

The issue was brought up by Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, during Monday's televised debate with Mr Trump. She was making a point about her rival's remarks about women.
"This is a man who has called women pigs, slobs and dogs and someone who has said pregnancy is an inconvenience to employers, who has said that women don't deserve equal pay unless they do as good a job as men.
"And one of the worst things he said was about a woman in a beauty contest. He loves beauty contests, supporting them and hanging around them.
"And he called this woman 'Miss Piggy.' Then he called her 'Miss Housekeeping,' because she was Latina. Donald, she has a name. Her name is Alicia Machado.
"And she has become a US citizen and you can bet she is going to vote this November."

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 “So we do not lose heart. Though our outer man is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.”

This may be hard for a young Christian to identify with unless they live in nations that are persecuting and killing believers for their faith.  The older I get, the more I appreciate these Scriptures.  My body is indeed wasting away.  All believers will face affliction for their beliefs but this “is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison” (and beyond description).  We should not be looking at “the things that are seen” (all the bad around us) but “to the things that are unseen,” which is the place that Jesus is preparing for us (John14:2-3). This earth is “transient” or passing away but Jesus promises a room in the mansions of heaven that we do not yet see.  If we embrace these verses then we will not “lose heart.”
